As a service to our customers, we offer the PBeaKK Submission App free of charge. This application allows you to submit your documents to us digitally. This saves you postage costs, provides an option without application, ensures your documents are transmitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and offers you receipt and verification confirmations directly in the app.

You can send us your documents through the submission app via photo, PDF upload, or by scanning barcodes.

The "application-free" option applies to refunds requested for the insurance number registered in the app. In the app, you will confirm your data again. In this case, all that is required for your submission is your invoices, receipts, and prescriptions.

If there are any specifics in your benefits or assistance application, we will need a signed and fully completed benefits application form.

If you are applying for benefits with authorization for a different insurance number (the app registration number is not identical to the application insurance number), please also send us a benefits or assistance application form.

In addition, you will receive forwarding and receipt acknowledgments in the app. Afterwards, we will verify if your submitted documents are complete and readable. We will inform you directly in the app about the current status of each submission – including forwarding & storage, receipt & review, processing start, or errors in the status overview.

The delivery of notices and other documents from PBeaKK to you as a customer will be via mail. The processing itself is the same for both app and postal submissions.
